(snack idea - serves as many as you like)

apples
(as many as you like)

- grate or slice the apples thinly
- place on a wired try
- place into a preheated oven at 180 degrees
- flip continuously until sides start to brown
- remove from oven when crunchy
- lift from tray and munch away

(dinner idea - serves 2)

2 chicken fillet breasts
baby potatoes
baby tomatoes halved
green pesto
mozzarella sliced
m e t h o d |
- place the potatoes in a baking tray and cover with oil and pop into a pre - heated oven at 200 degrees
- slice the chicken fillet horizontally and fill with a tablespoon of pesto, mozzarella and sliced tomatoes.
- place chicken into the oven with the potatoes after 15 mins and leave to cook for another 30 mins.

3 bananas smashed
oats
chocolate drops
m e t h o d |
- mix all ingredients together in a bowl
- roll into balls or flat rounds
- bake for 15-20mins in a pre-heated oven at 180 degrees.
- enjoy as a treat but be warned they can be addictive!

wraps
lettuce chopped
tomato & sun-dried tomato chopped
avocado diced
chicken strips
cheese (optional)

- place each wrap into a bowl and pop into a preheated over at 180 degrees for around 6mins.
- remove from oven oven crispy and slightly golden and place on a cooling rack until cool.
- fill as you wish as layers can be altered to suit taste buds….and enjoy!

2 cups of oats
1 banana mashed
1 apple peeled and diced
1 egg
1 cup of plain flour
1/2 of olive oil
tbls honey
chocolate melted (optional)
m e t h o d |
- whisk together the banana, egg and oil in a large pan.
- mix the oats. flour, honey and add the diced apple.
- roll into flat round cookie shapes and pop onto a tray before placing in a preheated oven of 180 degrees for 12-14 mins.
- optional extra | melt chocolate and sprinkle
