we all have our favourites, it is what makes us different - thought you might like to know my fitness-related preferences!

Yes, I’m not a fan of squats (strange I know) but when it comes to burpees and devil presses (oh and sit-ups, it’s a whole different story. . . core work is probably my favourite and has always been! It really doesn’t matter when we individuals train during the day but for me, first thing is best. I feel it sets the tone for the rest of the day, plus you gain more time for other activities. Fitness should be included as a but should by any means take over! Although not listed above my go to snack is an apple but like most, I do have a sweet tooth and limit my chocolate intake to the weekend (it’s only natural to enjoy some treats as part of a balanced diet!).
